1. Introduction
Welcome to Mokaji Rooms! These terms and conditions govern your use of our online booking services. By making a booking through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Accuracy : You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process are accurate.
2.3 Payment : Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the specific room and rate selected.
3. Prices and Fees
3.1 Pricing : All prices are displayed in Indian RUPEES  (RS)and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Additional Fees : Any additional charges (e.g., extra services, local taxes) will be specified at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
4.1 Cancellation Policy :
– Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
4.2 Modifications: Modifications to bookings can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability and a possible fee.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
5.1 Check-In Time : 14:00PM local time.
5.2 Check-Out Time: 11:00AM local time.
5.3 Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibilities
6.1 Compliance : Guests must comply with all house rules and regulations.
6.2 Damages : Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
6.3 Conduct : Any disruptive or illegal behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection : We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Use of Data : Personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of managing your booking and enhancing your experience.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability : Mokaji Rooms is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our booking services.
8.2 Force Majeure : We are not responsible for any failures or delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
